Houlihan Lokey Advises kfzteile24

Transaction: Kfzteile24

Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that kfzteile24 (k24) has successfully raised financing to repay its expiring bank loans. The financing package includes a revolving credit facility and a guarantee line. Houlihan Lokey’s Debt Capital Markets team acted as the exclusive financing advisor to k24. The transaction was signed on 2 December 2024 and closed on 17 December 2024.

kfzteile24 is Germany’s best-known brand for spare parts and car accessories, offering over 3 million parts in its online shop, including original spare parts from well-known brands. Over the past 20 years, k24 has evolved from an eBay store into a customer-centric digital platform that offers comprehensive solutions for both private and commercial needs. With more than 600 employees, k24 serves over 3 million satisfied customers. From its two logistics hubs, the company dispatches 10,000 parcels daily. Three highly profitable retail and repair shops further establish k24 as a true omnichannel company.

With the new financing, kfzteile24 will invest in the strategic development of the group, focusing particularly on expanding the offering for both commercial and private customers.

Houlihan Lokey acted as the exclusive financing advisor on all commercial aspects of the refinancing. Despite the challenging market sentiment towards the automotive and retail sectors, Houlihan Lokey supported k24 in the structuring of a competitive financing package with flexibility to support the company’s growth strategy.
