The partnership will support Kingsview’s next phase of growth as the firm continues to expand its advisor base, broaden its technology and operations, and enhance its client experience across holistic financial planning, investment management, insurance, and additional financial services.

Kingsview’s platform supports financial advisors entering the independent RIA channel, one of the wealth management industry’s fastest-growing segments, as advisors seek greater autonomy and operational flexibility. With more than 100 leading advisors across 70 offices in 23 states, the company offers institutional-quality resources, including technology, compliance, operations, and marketing, which empower advisors to grow their practices and provide their end clients with best-in-class service.

Since its founding just over a decade ago, Kingsview has grown into a nationally recognized wealth management firm with more than $10 billion in assets under management and an average annual growth rate of over 35% per year for the past three years. The depth and breadth of Kingsview’s offering have driven strong advisor satisfaction and resulted in 97% average advisor retention over the same three-year period.

FTV is a growth equity investment firm focused on investing in high-growth companies across financial services, financial technology, enterprise technology, payments, and vertical software. The firm partners with management teams to provide capital and strategic support to help scale businesses and accelerate long-term growth.

The transaction was led by Kyle Griswold, Mike Vostrizansky, and Brandon Spierto from FTV, the three of whom will join Kingsview’s board of directors following the close. Kingsview will benefit from FTV’s Global Partner Network®, a strategic group of more than 600 executives from many of the world’s leading enterprises, and FTV Propel®, the firm’s in-house team of seasoned operators, to accelerate execution across product, go-to-market, and organizational scaling.
