Leonardo & Co. Advises Intermediate Capital Group

Leonardo & Co., in association with Houlihan Lokey, is pleased to announce that 21 Investimenti has sold Nadella Group to Intermediate Capital Group. The transaction closed on June 19, 2018.

21 Investimenti is the Italian branch of 21 Partners, a European private equity firm with €1.1 billion in assets under management that invests in mid-market companies based in Italy, France, Switzerland, and Poland.

Nadella Group, controlled by 21 Investimenti, represents one of Europe's leading producers of linear guides and rollers for industrial motion applications. Nadella Group is today present in over 60 countries, with sales and EBITDA expected to reach €70 million and €18.5 million, respectively, in 2018.

Intermediate Capital Group is a UK specialist asset manager with €28.7 billion of assets as of March 2018 in third-party funds and proprietary capital, principally in closed-end funds. Intermediate Capital Group operates in approximately 13 countries and is listed on the London Stock Exchange with a market capitalization equal to approximately €3.5 billion as of June 2018.

Intermediate Capital Group acquired a majority stake of the group, while the management team of Nadella Group holds a minority stake.
