Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that it served as the exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of Menü2000, one of Germany’s well-established independent contract catering providers, as part of its acquisition by Sodexo Group (XPAR:SW). This transaction brings together a premier, family-owned German catering specialist and a globally operating food and facility services leader to expand their business catering activities for SMEs in Germany. The transaction closed 30 September 2026.

Menü2000 is a family-owned catering company specialising in workplace dining in Germany. Founded in 1969 and headquartered in Papenburg, Germany, the company operates around 250 staff restaurants nationwide. Menü2000 focuses on freshly prepared, on-site meals, combining handcrafted cooking with a strong emphasis on quality, service, and value. Its clients include companies and public institutions across a wide range of industries. The company is certified according to TÜV standards for quality management, environmental management, and hygiene. Its offering is centred on delivering fresh food and reliable service for employees and guests in everyday working environments.
