Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that Nomios, a leading European expert in cybersecurity and secure network services, has agreed to acquire Intragen, a next-generation identity and access management (IAM) specialist. The acquisition, supported by Keensight Capital (Keensight), marks a major milestone in Nomios’ growth strategy and further strengthens its position as a global partner for cybersecurity across Europe.

Nomios is one of Europe’s leading providers of cybersecurity services, with a wealth of experience and expertise across various industries, and more than 20 offices in seven European countries. It has continually expanded its range of services, including integration, consulting, support, and managed services.

Keensight is a European growth buyout investor with deep expertise in technology and healthcare.

Intragen provides identity and governance solutions to strengthen enterprise cybersecurity. It covers professional and managed services across all IAM segments, with a presence in the U.K., Nordics, Benelux, and DACH regions.

The acquisition adds IAM capabilities to Nomios’ existing product offering, strengthening its end-to-end positioning. Intragen’s clients will benefit from the full suite of Nomios’ cybersecurity solutions. The move also reinforces the organisation’s position in the U.K., Ireland, Benelux, and DACH regions, while establishing a foothold in the Nordics and Greece.

Houlihan Lokey served as the financial advisor to Nomios, further cementing its expertise in the cybersecurity sector, following the recent successful sellsides advising Bridewell, TitanHQ, and Procilon.
