Houlihan Lokey Advises Nurture Topco

Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that Nurture Topco, Ltd. (Nurture or the company), owned by All Seas Capital Partners (All Seas), the Fane family and other private individuals, has completed a refinancing of its existing financial indebtedness. Houlihan Lokey served as financing advisor to Nurture on the transaction. The transaction closed on 17 July 2026.
