Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that Perficient, a portfolio company of EQT, has acquired Kelley Austin, an award-winning Salesforce consulting partner headquartered in Dallas, with operations across North America. The transaction was publicly announced on October 9, 2025.
The acquisition builds on the momentum of Perficient’s recent announcement of its 360-degree partnership with Salesforce, in which Perficient and Salesforce made a joint commitment to help clients harness the full potential of AI and agentic solutions (like Agentforce) to drive transformation at scale.

The firm’s Revenue Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud capabilities enable enterprises to enhance customer service experiences, maximize productivity, and drive revenue for their customers.
Hunter Austin and Waylon Kelley, Managing Partners at Kelley Austin, will join Perficient in key leadership roles.
