Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that LEA Partners has engaged in a strategic partnership with ORCA Software GmbH and ORCA-online GmbH (together, “ORCA”), a leading software company in the construction industry. Houlihan Lokey acted as the debt advisor to LEA Partners.

ORCA, together with the existing LEA portfolio companies in the construction software sector, PROJEKT PRO (project management and controlling software) and SOFTTECH (tendering and visualisation software), will be able to drive forward the expansion of market leadership in the DACH region for commercial construction software and to accelerate digitalisation. The companies will combine their commercial solutions to make the construction industry more efficient and innovative.
