Sellside Advisor

Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that Rockland Capital, LP (Rockland) has successfully sold 100% of the economic interests in two power plants to Hull Street Energy, LLC: Lee County Generating Station (Lee), a 677 MW natural gas-fired facility in Illinois, and Tait Electric Generating Station (Tait), a 586 MW dual-fuel facility in Ohio. The transaction closed on August 25, 2026.

Lee, located in Dixon, Illinois, and Tait, located in Dayton, Ohio, are both simple-cycle power plants providing merchant power and capacity into the constrained Pennsylvania-New Jersey-Maryland Interconnection (PJM) electricity market, where tightening supply-demand dynamics are increasing the need for reliable, fast-start resources to support grid stability.

Houlihan Lokey served as financial advisor to Rockland.
