Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that SIMETRY, a division of Stallion Infrastructure Services (Stallion) and a provider of Internet-of-Things (IoT) connectivity solutions, has been acquired by Wireless Logic. The transaction closed on 8 July 2026.

SIMETRY is a U.S.-based specialist in managed IoT connectivity and infrastructure solutions, providing custom data plans, unified SIM and device management across multiple carriers, and secure global connectivity. The business also offers IoT hardware, provisioning services, and 24/7 U.S.-based technical support, helping businesses streamline deployments and manage devices efficiently at scale. SIMETRY was founded in 2020 as a division of Houston-based Stallion, a leading, tech-enabled specialty rental business. SIMETRY has established itself as a trusted partner for organisations requiring resilient managed connectivity, infrastructure visibility, and operational support for distributed IoT environments.
