Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that STC Material Solutions (STC), a portfolio company of Artemis, has been acquired by IDEX Corp. (NYSE:IEX) (IDEX). The transaction closed on December 14, 2023. Houlihan Lokey served as the exclusive financial advisor to STC.

STC specializes in the design and manufacturing of technical ceramics and hermetic sealing products for the most extreme, mission-critical applications.
