Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that following a comprehensive review of suitable investors, Trading Technologies International, Inc. (Trading Technologies), a global capital markets technology provider, and its current owner, 7RIDGE, have agreed to partner with leading software investment firm Thoma Bravo for the company’s next phase of growth.
Terms of the transaction, expected to close in Q4 2025 after regulatory clearance, were not disclosed.
Trading Technologies is a global capital markets platform services company providing market-leading technology for the end-to-end trading operations of Tier 1 banks, brokerages, money managers, hedge funds, proprietary traders, commodity trading advisors, commercial hedgers, and risk managers.
