Mr. Mansuri is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Transaction Advisory Services practice, where he works on buyside, sellside, and other financial due diligence engagements. His financial due diligence experience covers a wide range of M&A analysis, including quality of earnings, net working capital, net debt, proof of cash, and other deal-specific insights. Mr. Mansuri also has working knowledge of trading comparables, transaction comparables, and preparation of pitchbook decks, along with database knowledge of FactSet, Factiva, and Bloomberg. He is based in the firm’s Gurugram office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Mansuri was an Associate Consultant at KPMG, where he handled deals for the U.S. financial due diligence team. He began his career in the Investment Banking division at Evalueserve.
Mr. Mansuri holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Statistics from the University of Rajasthan and an MBA in Finance from Birla Institute of Management Technology.
