Mr. Bui is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Technology Group. He is based in the firm’s San Francisco office.
Previously, Mr. Bui was an Analyst at MVP Capital, an independent advisory firm that provides a range of advisory services to clients in the technology, media, and telecommunications sector, prior to its acquisition by Houlihan Lokey in 2020.
Before joining MVP Capital, Mr. Bui was an Analyst in the Middle Market group at Cascadia Capital in Seattle. While there, he worked on mergers and acquisitions, debt financings, and equity transactions across the transportation and logistics, business services, aerospace, and technology sectors.
Mr. Bui holds a B.A. in Biology from the University of Pennsylvania.
