Mr. Ashok is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s global Technology Group, focused on providing M&A and capital-raising advisory services for software companies, with coverage focus across human capital management, industrial and supply chain software, nonprofit software, and government technology verticals. He has contributed to more than a dozen closed transactions as part of the Technology Group. Mr. Ashok is based in the firm’s San Francisco office.
Mr. Ashok holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, and an M.S. in Data Analytics from the University of Southern California.
