Mr. Ashok is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s global Technology Group, focused on providing M&A and capital-raising advisory services for software companies, with coverage focus across supply chain and logistics software, industrial software, nonprofit software, and government technology verticals. He has contributed to more than two dozen transactions as part of the Technology Group. Mr. Ashok is based in the firm’s New York office.
Mr. Ashok holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, and an M.S. in Business Analytics from the University of Southern California.
