Mr. Ashok is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s global Technology Group, focused on providing M&A and capital-raising advisory services for software companies, with coverage focus across transportation and logistics technology, automotive technology, industrial, and supply chain software verticals. He has contributed to more than two dozen closed transactions as part of the Technology Group. Mr. Ashok is based in the firm’s New York office.
Mr. Ashok holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, and an M.S. in Business Analytics from the University of Southern California.
