Mr. Gang is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Corporate Finance business and focuses on M&A and capital raising. He is based in the firm’s Mumbai office.
Previously, Mr. Gang was a Director at GCA Corporation, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. Prior to joining GCA, he was a Senior Vice President at Axis Capital, where he spent more than a decade in the M&A Group.
Mr. Gang has more than 15 years of investment banking experience advising clients on a wide range of transactions, including cross-border M&A, private equity, structured debt, and corporate restructuring, having closed more than 30 transactions. Over the years, he has worked with some of India’s largest conglomerates covering a range of sectors across healthcare, media, logistics, packaging, and industrials, among others.
Mr. Gang holds a B.Com. from South Gujarat University and an MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB). He is also a Gold Medalist Chartered Accountant in India.
