Mr. Jain is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Transaction Advisory Services practice, focusing on the industrials sector. He specializes in providing financial and accounting due diligence and deal advisory services to private equity and highly acquisitive corporate clients across the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Mr. Jain is based in the firm’s Chicago office.
Mr. Jain has two decades of experience advising clients on a broad range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, industry roll-ups, carve-outs, and post-merger integration spanning the industrials, business services, and TMT sectors. He has performed buyside and sellside due diligence projects on domestic and international transactions ranging in enterprise value from $10 million to more than $5 billion. Mr. Jain also has a robust understanding of cross-border transactions, having spent five years working as a deal professional in the European market and two years in the Asian market.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Jain was a Managing Director within KPMG’s Deal Advisory practice. Before rejoining KPMG in 2015, Mr. Jain spent five years within Alvarez & Marsal’s Transaction Advisory Group in London.
Mr. Jain holds a B.Com. in Accounting and Economics from the University of Delhi and an MBA from Indiana State University. He holds the designation of Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
