Mr. Ishola is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Special Committee Advisory and Transaction Opinions practices within the firm’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business. He specializes in delivering transaction opinions—including fairness, solvency, and other valuation-based opinions—to boards of directors, special committees, and other fiduciaries in connection with mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, spinoffs, asset sales, and employee-stock-ownership-plan-related transactions. Mr. Ishola has experience across a variety of industries, including healthcare, engineering and construction, manufacturing, and technology. He is based in the firm’s Chicago office.
Mr. Ishola holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Iowa, where he graduated with university honors.
