Mr. Raucher is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Markets Group, where he focuses on providing debt and capital advisory services to financial institutions, including insurers, specialty finance companies, and investment funds. He is based in the firm’s New York office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Raucher spent more than 16 years at Deutsche Bank in New York and London across various senior roles in structuring, debt capital markets, and financial institutions investment banking coverage. While there, he specialized in offerings of preferred stock and hybrid capital, life reinsurance sidecars, liability management, and structured financing solutions for investment funds, as well as rating agency and regulatory capital advice for financial institutions. Previously, Mr. Raucher was a corporate attorney at Sidley Austin in New York, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
Mr. Raucher holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan. He also graduated cum laude with a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and is a licensed member of the New York State Bar.
