Mr. Adesola is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Private Funds Group. He is based in the firm’s London office.
Previously, Mr. Adesola worked at Triago, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2024. He joined Triago in 2021 and focused on secondary transactions. Mr. Adesola has more than a decade of experience in investment banking and secondaries.
Prior to Triago, Mr. Adesola was at DWS Group on the investment and portfolio management team working on secondary opportunities across private markets globally. He also spent time at Raymond James-Cebile Capital on the GP-led advisory team.
Mr. Adesola started his career at Deutsche Bank in the Analyst Program and soon moved into an Associate role on European leveraged finance transactions.
Mr. Adesola holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from the University of Warwick and has an Investment Management Certificate issued by the CFA Society.
