Mr. Choudhury is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Business Services Group, leading coverage of the professional services sector in Europe. He has extensive investment banking experience assisting financial sponsors and corporate clients, as well as employee- or founder-owned businesses and public sector organisations, on a wide range of complex M&A, leveraged finance, and equity capital markets transactions. Mr. Choudhury is based in the firm’s London office.
Mr. Choudhury’s clients sit across a range of subsectors within professional services, including accounting and finance, office of the CFO, turnaround, and restructuring, legal, risk, strategy and specialty consulting, and strategic communications.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey in 2026, Mr. Choudhury was part of the U.K. Advisory team at Perella Weinberg Partners, where he led coverage of the business services sector within the U.K. He began his career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, initially within the EMEA Business Services and Industrials team and later within the U.K. Investment Banking team.
Mr. Choudhury holds a BA in Classics from the University of Bristol.
