Dr. Reed is a member of Houlihan Lokey’s Technology Group. He has more than two decades of M&A experience across all forms of private and public deals and has advised on more than 100 transactions.
Previously, Dr. Reed was a Managing Director at GCA Altium, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. He joined GCA in 2000 and specialised in TMT activities with a particular focus on software and tech-enabled services. Dr. Reed sat on the GCA Altium European Strategic Board along with GCA’s Global Software Sector team and ESG Sector team.
Recent deals include investments by CPOMs in Raptor Technologies; Brookson in People2.0; and InSided in Gainsight; as well as investments by GCP in Bridewell; LDC in WCCTV; ECI in Ciphr; Westbridge in Eque2; ECI in Mobysoft; and Livingbridge in TitanHQ. Other past deals include the sales of Mitrefinch to Advanced; Interactive Services to LRN; and FuelsPricing to PDI.
Dr. Reed holds a BSc (First Class Honours) in Management and Chemical Sciences and a PhD in Management Sciences from UMIST.
