Mr. Schlegtendal is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Technology Group. He is based in the firm’s London office.
Previously, Mr. Schlegtendal was a Vice President at GCA Altium, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. He joined GCA as part of the acquisition of Stella EOC in 2020. Prior to Stella EOC, he worked in the M&A departments of PwC and Deloitte, advising on mid-sized transactions.
During his career, Mr. Schlegtendal has advised several companies on their succession plans to partner with a strong financial sponsor or larger corporate.
Mr. Schlegtendal holds a triple master’s degree from ESCP Europe in London, Paris, and Berlin.
