Mr. Rivera is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Private Funds Group. He is based in the firm’s Paris office.
Previously, Mr. Rivera worked at Triago, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2024. At Triago, he worked across primary, secondary, and strategic opportunities and oversaw secondary coverage and execution, focusing particularly on Spain, Portugal, and Latin America.
Mr. Rivera holds an M.S. in International Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration from ESADE Business School. He has completed several management courses at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México and is a board member of the ESADE Alumni Finance Club Association. Mr. Rivera is fluent in English, French, and Spanish.
