Mr. Brannigan is a member of Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Solutions Group, focused on debt financings for sponsor-owned and corporate borrowers. He is based in the firm’s London office.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Brannigan was a Vice President at Lazard in the Debt Advisory Group in London and previously in New York. He began his career at SPP Capital Partners, a New York-based middle-market boutique focused on private debt financing transactions.
Mr. Brannigan holds a BA in Economics from Boston College, where he graduated cum laude.
