Ms. Chadam is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business. She is based in the firm’s London office.
Ms. Chadam has extensive experience in preparing valuations and fairness opinions across various sectors and geographies. She advises private equity, venture capital, private credit, and other institutional investors on the valuation of equity, debt, structured investments, and limited partnership interests in private funds.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Ms. Chadam worked for Duff & Phelps as a Senior Associate within the Valuation Services Group, where she focused on preparing valuations for tax and financial reporting purposes, including purchase price allocations, asset impairments, and tax reorganizations.
Ms. Chadam holds a BSc in Finance and Accounting from Warsaw School of Economics and an MSc in Finance and Investments from Erasmus University Rotterdam. She is a CFA charterholder.
