Mr. Pallotta is member of Houlihan Lokey’s Corporate Finance business. He has experience in M&A, debt, and equity financial advisory and has assisted in the provision of fairness opinions for companies in the energy and industrials sectors. He is based in the firm's Milan office.
Previously, Mr. Pallotta was an Associate at Leonardo & Co., which entered into a joint venture with Houlihan Lokey in Italy and now operates under the Houlihan Lokey brand. Prior to joining Leonardo & Co., he held positions at Rothschild and Banca IMI.
Mr. Pallotta holds a dual degree in International Management from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome and Fudan University in Shanghai.
