Mr. Cohen is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Business Services Group, where he focuses on the testing, inspection, certification, and compliance and industrial services sectors. He is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office.
During his career as an investment banker, Mr. Cohen has advised companies across a wide range of transactions, including M&A, traditional debt and equity financings, and strategic advisory engagements.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Cohen worked in William Blair’s and Barclays’ Investment Banking groups.
Mr. Cohen holds a B.A. in Economics and a B.A. in Environmental Studies from New York University.
