Mr. Crosby is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Healthcare Group and focuses on advising the firm’s corporate and financial sponsor clients on sellside and buyside M&A, equity and debt financings, and strategic advisory engagements. He is based in the firm’s Dallas office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Crosby was an Associate in Scotiabank’s Energy Group, where he focused on providing M&A advisory services to both domestic and international energy clients in the upstream and midstream verticals. His notable transactions while at Scotiabank include the sale of Crimson Midstream’s California crude pipeline system to CoreEnergy Infrastructure Trust and PetroRio’s purchase of offshore Brazil assets from BP.
Mr. Crosby holds a B.S. in Accounting and Information Technology from Bentley University, an M.S. in Finance from Fairfield University, and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
