Mr. Heikali is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Business Services Group, where he focuses on the testing, inspection, certification, and compliance sector. His responsibilities include sellside and buyside M&A advisory, financings, valuations, and strategic advisory engagements. Mr. Heikali has more than a decade of investment banking experience. He is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office.
During Mr. Heikali’s tenure at Houlihan Lokey, his transaction experience has included advising ENTRUST on its sale to Kohlberg and subsequently on its minority sale to Neuberger Berman; Pace on its sale to Aurora Capital Partners and subsequently on its sale to Leonard Green & Partners; Hygiena on its sale to Warburg Pincus and subsequently on its sale to EW Group; FoodChain ID on its sale to Paine Schwartz Partners and subsequently on its sale to Berkshire Partners; UL Solutions on the sale of its payments testing business to Gallant Capital; Alchemy Systems on its sale to Intertek; Comtech on its sale to Accenture; Tower Engineering Professionals on its sale to HIG Infrastructure; FlexXray on its sale to LLCP; Henkels & McCoy on its sale to Mastec; Uptime Institute on its sale to Dominus Capital; and Power Survey Company on its sale to Osmose Utility Services, among others.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Heikali worked for Park Lane Investment Bank, a boutique investment bank located in Century City, California, and in the Private Wealth Management division of UBS Financial Services.
Mr. Heikali holds a B.A. in Economics from Cornell University.
