Mr. Raskin is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group. He specializes in financial restructuring, special situations, liability management, and structured financings. Mr. Raskin has advised on numerous restructurings valued in excess of $125 billion, and his experience spans numerous industries, including TMT, education, consumer, healthcare, government services, and others. He has led some of the firm’s largest marquee transactions and was recognized in the Los Angeles Business Journal’s “Leaders of Influence: Investment Bankers 2021.” He is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office.

Mr. Raskin has spoken on several panels on various restructuring topics. He has been with the firm for nearly two decades. Before rejoining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Raskin was a Vice President at Cerberus Capital/Ableco Finance and an Associate Director at UBS Investment Bank, where he was responsible for analyzing and executing leveraged finance and M&A transactions. He started his career in Houlihan Lokey’s Corporate Finance business.
Mr. Raskin holds a B.S., magna cum laude, from the University of Southern California and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
