Mr. Scott is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Business Services Group, where he focuses primarily on advising clients in the IT services industry, with specific domain expertise in digital engineering and enterprise applications. He performs sellside and buyside M&A advisory, debt and equity financings, valuations, and strategic alternatives engagements. Mr. Scott is based in the firm’s Atlanta office.
Mr. Scott’s notable transactions include the sale of KMS Technology to Sunstone Partners; the sale of Alchemy Technology Group to Avance Investment Management; the sale of Sparq to Harvest Partners Ascend; the sale of Launch Consulting to The Planet Group; the investment in Apply Digital by Interlock Equity; and the sale of Exadel to Sun Capital Partners.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Scott was a Senior Fund Accountant at Warburg Pincus, where he was responsible for the financial reporting and operations of various global private equity funds. He began his career at Deloitte as an Audit Senior Assistant in the Financial Services industry group.
Mr. Scott holds a B.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York.
