Mr. Scott is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Business Services Group. He performs sellside and buyside M&A advisory, debt and equity financings, valuations, and strategic alternatives engagements. Mr. Scott is based in the firm’s Atlanta office.
Mr. Scott’s recent transactions include the majority sale of Sparq to Harvest Partners Ascend; the sale of Bond Brand Loyalty to Mountaingate Capital; the sale of Launch Consulting to The Planet Group; the sale of Addison Group to Trilantic; the investment in Apply Digital by Interlock Equity; and the sale of Exadel to Sun Capital Partners.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Scott was a Senior Fund Accountant at Warburg Pincus, where he was responsible for the financial reporting and operations of various global private equity funds. He began his career at Deloitte as an Audit Senior Assistant in the Financial Services industry group.
Mr. Scott holds a B.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York.
