Mr. Fast is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Aerospace, Defense & Government practice. His expertise includes sellside and buyside M&A advisory, corporate divestitures, and strategic advisory engagements. He is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office.
Mr. Fast has focused his investment banking efforts exclusively in the aerospace and defense sectors and has advised on more than 20 transactions. His sellside transaction experience includes the sale of RSA Engineered Products to TriMas; Integrated Polymer Solutions to Arcline Investment Management; B&E Group OEM to Cadence Aerospace; B&E Group MRO to StandardAero; Draken International to an undisclosed private equity firm; Perfekta to Arlington Capital Partners; Certified Thermoplastics to Ducommun; and Anaren to TTM Technologies.
Mr. Fast graduated cum laude from Tulane University with a B.S. in Economics and a minor in Mathematics.
