Ms. Feldman is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Solutions Group, focused on direct and secondary opportunities. She is based in the firm’s New York office.
Previously, Ms. Feldman spent more than a decade within Houlihan Lokey’s Consumer Group, leading and executing over 30 M&A transactions across buyside, sellside, distressed M&A, and capital-raise mandates. Her experience spans a range of consumer sectors, with particular expertise in beauty and personal care and multi-unit retail. Notable transaction experience includes the sales of Color Wow to L’Oréal; David’s Bridal to CION Investment Corporation; Lucky Brand Dungarees, LLC, to SPARC Group LLC; and Tourneau LLC to Bucherer, among others.
Ms. Feldman holds a B.A. in History from Washington University in St. Louis.
