Ms. Feldman is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Consumer Group. She has more than a decade of M&A experience, executing transactions across a variety of industries, with a particular focus on multi-unit retail. Ms. Feldman is based in the firm’s New York office.
Ms. Feldman’s recent transaction experience includes the sales of David’s Bridal to CION Investment Corporation (NYSE:CION); BOTE Holdings, LLC, to Kent Water Sports Holdings, LLC; Lucky Brand Dungarees, LLC, to SPARC Group LLC; The Good Feet Store to York Capital; Voortman Cookies Ltd. to Hostess Brands; Manna Pro Products to Morgan Stanley Capital Partners; Sur La Table to Marquee Brands and CSC Generation; and Tourneau LLC to Bucherer, among others.
Ms. Feldman holds a B.A. in History from Washington University in St. Louis.
