Ms. Feldman is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Consumer, Food & Retail Group. She has nearly a decade of M&A experience, executing transactions across a variety of industries, with a particular focus on the beauty and personal care sector. Ms. Feldman is based in the firm’s New York office.
Ms. Feldman’s recent transaction experience includes the sales of BOTE Holdings, LLC, to Kent Water Sports Holdings, LLC; Lucky Brand Dungarees, LLC, to SPARC Group LLC; The Good Feet Store to York Capital; Voortman Cookies Ltd. to Hostess Brands; Manna Pro Products to Morgan Stanley Capital Partners; Sur La Table to Marquee Brands and CSC Generation; and Tourneau LLC to Bucherer, among others.
Ms. Feldman holds a B.A. in History from Washington University in St. Louis.
