Mr. Burton is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Healthcare Group. He has more than a decade of investment banking experience and has managed a wide variety of projects—from mergers and acquisitions to equity and debt capital markets—for medical device and life science tools and diagnostic clients. Mr. Burton is based in the firm’s San Francisco office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Burton was a Vice President at Wells Fargo Securities within its Healthcare group.
Mr. Burton holds a B.S. in Finance from Wake Forest University.
