Mr. Sood is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Corporate Finance business. He covers the technology and consumer sectors in India and Southeast Asia and is based in the firm’s Mumbai office.
Previously, Mr. Sood was a Vice President at GCA Corporation, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. He joined GCA in 2019, prior to which he had eight years of experience in investment banking at KPMG Corporate Finance, J.P. Morgan, and Edelweiss.
Mr. Sood holds a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode.
