Ms. Xia is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business. She focuses on equity valuation in dispute services, economic damages, and valuations for financial reporting, tax, and strategic purposes. Ms. Xia is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, she was an Auditor at KPMG, where she performed statutory audits and participated in initial public offerings across a variety of industries, including manufacturing, automotive, energy, and entertainment.
Ms. Xia earned a B.S. in Art and Management from Peking University and an MBA in Corporate Finance from the University of Notre Dame. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Washington and holds an Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) credential.
