Mr. Pichler is Co-Head of Corporate Finance, Italy, at Houlihan Lokey. He has advised numerous European companies across a wide range of industry verticals on M&A transactions, IPOs, complex equity and debt capital raises, and financial restructurings. He is based in the firm's Milan office.
Mr. Pichler joined Houlihan Lokey from Leonardo & Co., which entered into a joint venture with Houlihan Lokey in Italy and now operates under the Houlihan Lokey brand. Prior to Leonardo & Co., Mr. Pichler spent six years at Lazard Frères, first with the TMT group in Milan and then with the M&A division in Paris. Before that, he spent two years in Arthur Andersen’s Corporate Finance division.
Mr. Pichler holds a degree in Economics from Bocconi University in Milan.
