Mr. Cibocchi is a Director in Houlihan Lokey's Corporate Finance business. He has advised a diverse range of clients on M&A and strategic financing transactions in sectors including retail, industrials, infrastructure, and real estate. He is based in the firm's Milan office.
Previously, Mr. Cibocchi was a Vice President at Leonardo & Co., which entered into a joint venture with Houlihan Lokey in Italy and now operates under the Houlihan Lokey brand. Prior to Leonardo & Co., he started his career in Nomura’s Investment Banking division.
Mr. Cibocchi’s prior transaction experience includes advising FILA on its merger with Space and subsequent listing on the Milan Stock Exchange and on several different acquisitions (Pacon, Daler, Canson); Alitalia on its equity and debt capital raise; QuattroR on the acquisition of Ricchetti; Italmobiliare on the acquisition of Caffè Borbone; ICG on the acquisition of Nadella; Space2 (Italian SPAC) on its business combination with Avio and subsequent listing on the Milan Stock Exchange; and RAI on the IPO of Rai Way.
Mr. Cibocchi holds an M.Sc. in Corporate Finance from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome.
