Mr. Mainetti is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Sponsors Group. He has more than two decades of investment banking experience in corporate finance, M&A, equity and debt raises, and financial restructurings. He is based in the firm’s Milan office.
Previously, Mr. Mainetti was a Managing Director at Leonardo & Co., a European financial advisory firm focusing on independent advice in corporate finance, M&A, equity debt financing, and restructuring, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2015. Before that, he spent several years in London within the M&A departments of UBS Investment Bank and Morgan Stanley, covering a broad range of sectors, products, and geographies.
Mr. Mainetti holds a B.A. in Economics from Bocconi University and an MBA from INSEAD Business School.
