Mr. Benjamin is a Director in the Liability Management practice within Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group. During his 10 years with the firm, he has advised companies and creditors in liability management transactions, restructurings (both in- and out-of-court), M&A, and financings. Mr. Benjamin is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office.

- Healthcare: Accelerate Diagnostics, Alliance HealthCare Services, Bausch Health, Better Health Group, Concordia Healthcare, Confidential DSO, Covis Pharma, Cutera Inc., Endo International, GenesisCare, Lannett Co., Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals (twice), Millennium Health, NanoString Technology, P&L Development, Purdue Pharma, Synergy Pharmaceuticals, and Wellpath.
- Other Industries: Burba Hotel Networks, Diebold Nixdorf, EcoServ, Gibson Brands, PetSmart, Relativity Media, SFX Entertainment, and The Weinstein Company.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Benjamin was an Assistant Vice President with Bank of America’s Alternative Investment Group. Before that, he was an Analyst at Citadel Investment Group.
Mr. Benjamin holds a B.S. from the University of Colorado and an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. He is a CFA charterholder.
