Mr. Benjamin is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group. He specializes in financial restructuring, liability management, and financing transactions, and his experience spans numerous industries. Mr. Benjamin is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office.
Mr. Benjamin has advised debtors and creditors on a range of in-court and out-of-court restructuring transactions. His notable transactions include Millennium Health, Concordia International, SFX Entertainment, Synergy Pharmaceuticals, Relativity Media, and Gibson Brands, among others.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Benjamin was an Assistant Vice President with Bank of America’s Alternative Investment Group. Before that, he was an Analyst at Citadel Investment Group.
Mr. Benjamin holds a B.S. from the University of Colorado and an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. He is a CFA charterholder.
