Mr. Benvenuto is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Industrials Group, focusing on aerospace, defense, and government (ADG) clients. He has completed more than 10 transactions across defense and government technology. Mr. Benvenuto is based in the firm’s New York office.
Mr. Benvenuto has advised middle-market businesses in their sales to industry leaders and prolific private equity groups, including Leidos, AE Industrial Partners, Arlington Capital Partners, Brightstar Capital Partners, Capitol Meridian Partners, Kingswood Capital Management, and Veritas Capital. He has also supported many global divestitures, including assignments with L3H and WSP.
Mr. Benvenuto holds a B.S. in Commerce with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
