Mr. Bristow is a Senior Vice President, Business Development, in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business. He has more than two decades of experience in the asset-backed and structured credit markets, working in both banks and asset management businesses. Mr. Bristow currently focuses on working with clients to understand their specific valuation requirements and delivering solutions across the broad aspects of structured credit in both the public and private markets. His knowledge of specific asset classes includes SRTs, CLOs, ABS, MBS, NPLs, and private-credit-related transactions. Mr. Bristow is based in the firm’s London office.
Previously, Mr. Bristow was Senior Vice President, Business Development, at Prytania Solutions Limited (PSL), which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2024. Before that, he was a Managing Director at Lloyds Banking Group, where he established and ran its European asset-backed and mortgage-backed trading business. Earlier, Mr. Bristow worked at Threadneedle Asset Management, Goldman Sachs, and HSBC.
Mr. Bristow holds a BA with honors in Politics and Modern History from the University of Manchester. He is a CEDR Accredited Mediator.
