Mr. Machoskie is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Consumer Group, focusing on food and beverage. His responsibilities include sellside and buyside M&A advisory, financings, valuation, and strategic advisory engagements. Mr. Machoskie is based in the firm’s Chicago office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Machoskie was an Analyst at The Peakstone Group, a boutique investment bank, in its Chicago office.
Mr. Machoskie holds a B.A. from the University of Colorado Boulder and an MSF with Honors Distinction from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
