Andrew Rosato

Director

Mr. Rosato is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Private Funds Group. He is based in the firm’s New York office.

Previously, Mr. Rosato was a Partner at Triago, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2024. As Partner, he focused on primary fundraising in the Americas and capital raising for direct deals. Prior to joining Triago, Mr. Rosato spent six years fundraising for private equity credit and hedge funds at both MVision and Eaton Partners. During the first decade of his career, he was Vice President at the Royal Bank of Scotland in its Special Situations group and worked at Nomura in its high yield and distressed credit group. Mr. Rosato started out at Lehman Brothers in its investment management division, where he focused on private equity, capital raising, and private investment management.

Mr. Rosato holds a B.A. in History from Colgate University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Virginia’s Darden School.
