Andy Hull

Managing Director Head of Midstream

Mr. Hull is a Managing Director within Houlihan Lokey’s Oil & Gas Group and leads the firm’s coverage of the midstream sector. With more than 20 years of industry experience advising corporates and financial sponsors on a range of M&A and financing transactions across the oil and gas sector, he has broad deal expertise across a wide range of energy subsectors globally. Mr. Hull is based in the firm’s Houston office.

Mr. Hull’s notable transactions prior to joining Houlihan Lokey include advising Global Infrastructure Partners on the sale of Medallion to ONEOK; Stonepeak on the sale of West Texas Gas to Energy Transfer; ArcLight on the sale of the Perdido Regional Host Facility to Third Coast Midstream; Tailwater Capital on the sale of Saconix to Sumitomo Corporation; Alinda Capital partners on the sale of Howard Energy Partners to AIMCo; and Energy Transfer on its acquisition of Enable Midstream Partners.

Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Hull was a Managing Director in the Global Energy Group at RBC Capital Markets. While there, he led strategic idea generation, business development, capital allocation, and transaction execution across the midstream oil and gas and infrastructure sectors. In this role, Mr. Hull also managed RBC’s relationships with senior energy infrastructure clients.

Mr. Hull graduated cum laude with a B.B.A. in Finance from Southern Methodist University.
