Mr. Johnston is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s IT Services practice within the firm’s Business Services Group. He is based in the firm’s Charlotte office.
Previously, Mr. Johnston was a Partner and Co-Founder of 7 Mile Advisors, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2023. Throughout his career, he has advised on more than 50 business services and digital transformation transactions, including deals with Deloitte, Accenture, Valtech, Merkle/Dentsu Aegis Network, Xerox, and multiple private equity funds.
Mr. Johnston holds a B.S. in Engineering from Duke University. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute as well as the CFA Society North Carolina.
